If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 2-year warranty period, JUUL Labs Ireland Limited will, at its discretion, either: (1) Repair the defect; or (2) Exchange the device for a new one. Either option will be provided by JUUL at no cost to the end customer.
Other claims of the customer against JUUL Labs Ireland Limited, in particular, claims for damages, do not arise under this Limited Warranty. JUUL Labs Ireland Limited is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices in its name.
This Limited Warranty, however, does not affect a customer’s contractual or statutory rights vis-à-vis the respective seller (including JUUL Labs Ireland Limited itself), in particular, regarding warranty for defects under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Acts 1893 and 1980 and the European Communities (Certain Aspects of the Sale of Consumer Goods and Associated Guarantees) Regulations 2003, as amended.
